Service Introduction

Extrusion of aluminum profiles is to put the ingot into the extrusion cylinder, and apply pressure to the metal through the extrusion shaft to extrude it from the die hole of a given shape and size to produce plastic deformation to obtain the required extrusion product.

 
Aluminum profiles are widely used in the construction field for their unique decoration, excellent sound insulation, heat preservation and recyclability. Advantages, are widely used in transportation, electronics, machinery, light industry, petroleum, chemical, aviation, aerospace and other fields.
 

Advantages of aluminum extrusion:
1. Improve the deformation ability of aluminum. Aluminum is in a state of strong three-dimensional compressive stress in the extrusion deformation zone, which can give full play to its plasticity and obtain a large amount of deformation.
2. The comprehensive quality of the products is high. Extrusion molding can improve the structure of aluminum and improve its mechanical properties. After quenching and aging, the longitudinal (extrusion direction) mechanical properties of its extruded products are much higher than those of similar products produced by other processing methods.
3. Wide range of products. Extrusion can not only produce tubes, rods, and wires with simple cross-sectional shapes, but also solid and hollow profiles with very complex cross-sectional shapes.
4. Great production flexibility. Extrusion molding has great flexibility. Products with different shapes, sizes, specifications and varieties can be produced on the same equipment only by changing the mold, and the operation of replacing the mold is simple and convenient, time-consuming and efficient.
5. The process flow is simple and the equipment investment is low. Compared with piercing rolling, pass rolling and other pipe and profile production processes, extrusion molding has the advantages of short process flow, less equipment and less investment.
