CNC Machining

Service Introduction

CNC machining refers to the processing that the control system issues commands to make the tool perform various movements that meet the requirements, and express the shape and size of the workpiece in the form of numbers and letters. It generally refers to the process of machining parts on CNC machine tools.

CNC machining has the following advantages:
1.The number of tooling is greatly reduced, and complex tooling is not required for processing parts with complex shapes. If you want to change the shape and size of the part, you only need to modify the part processing program, which is suitable for new product development and modification.
2.The processing quality is stable, the processing precision is high, and the repeatability is high.
3.The production efficiency is high in the case of multi-variety and small batch production, which can reduce the time for production preparation, machine tool adjustment and process inspection, and reduces the cutting time due to the use of the optimal cutting amount.
4.It can process complex profiles that are difficult to process by conventional methods, and even process some unobservable processing parts.

What is CNC Milling
CNC milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material from a work piece by feeding the cutter into the work piece at a certain direction. The cutter may also be held at an angle relative to the axis of the tool. CNC mill covers a wide variety of different operations and machines, on scales from small individual parts to large, heavy-duty gang milling operations. It is one of the most commonly used processes for custom cnc machining parts to precise tolerances.

What is CNC Turning
CNC (computer numerical controlled) Turning is a cnc machining service process in which a cutting tool, typically a non-rotary tool bit, describes a helix tool path by moving more or less linearly while the work piece rotates. It refers to the automated machining process of shaping material, such as metal or plastic, using a CNC machine. It is an intricate and detailed method of creating custom cnc machining parts and components using a lathe. CNC turning is a highly-skilled, Precision Engineering process.
